This version uses a full-width table, cleaner borders, improved spacing, and visible result summaries so the scoring method is easier to review and interpret. The present logic treats the well condition as a baseline count and the current condition as a duration-weighted disturbance score. Three alternative scoring methods are also shown below: simple count, duration-weighted score, and deviation-from-baseline.
